Posts every week (not consistent)

Numbers of followers reflects the interaction they get from the public - public is engaged and like/comment the posts
Reels are the media that gets most views and likes, but in the other hand not as many comments.

Instagram is a tool that has been giving response to this company. Although they are not consistent with their posts, when they share something they get a lot of visibility. They don't post many stories either.
Hashtags: They don't use hashtags in all posts, specially the most recent ones. In the past posts, when they add # they always kept some of them in all posts, such as #checkmathq, #jiujitsu and other. It's a very smart way to use them because their name come up when you search for them.

If they improved their page by post every week, to start, I think those hashtags and their instagram itself would be more effective.

The content varies from stories, to reels and pictures. Reels are the ones with most likes, but also it doesn't have many comments either.

They use hashtags in every post and all the same one, some posts vary with some extra quantity for more specific hashtags, but mostly is their name and the sport.
For a small company that has been in the market for a few years only, the Instagram seems to be giving a response, since the public engage with the posts. It is also interesting that you can see the effort that the business is doing for their marketing on Instagram.

They have a few posts and only one reels. The interaction is not really consistent, but they also don't share much.
They use a good amount of hashtags and always the same ones. It is interesting that they add the #Chicago is their options, which is a good idea for someone who clicks on it see that they pop up in Chicago, and if they are interested in Jiu Jitsu they can check their Instagram out.

They don't use hashtags very frequently, only in some posts where they use the same ones. They have a good interaction by likes with the followers, not so many comments either. But Instagram seems to be effectively for them since they have a good amount of followers for a small business

The most effective thing this business can do to grow on instagram is be consistent with the posts and see the feedback the public give in order to create content that will engage them. Instagram is a great marketing tool nowadays and there are many ways people can make money and attract more followers and clients, the use of hashtags is one of them.

Some hashtags that I can use for my business are: #checkmat #checkmatsanmarcos #bjj #brazilianjiujitsu #jiujitsu
