Week 16 Part B: Building Out Your Strategy


My idea of strategy will have a calendar with scheduled posts for instagram and facebook on same dates/times (which in the beginning will be a shoot in the dark since we don't know the best time for posting, but with the analytics we will be able to work on the times/when to post after a few weeks).

Digital Marketing Strategy 

Weekly: Posts with pictures about the gym/classes 3x a week 
Reels: 1x per week
Newsletter with announcements, sales, fun facts about the sport 1x week
Check metrics/analytics depending on posts, but work on them 1x per week to change the strategy for the following week (in case there is any adjustments that need to be made).
Contact and reports from MeetEdgar
Check Yelp/Google reviews and feedbacks - reply to them 

Monthly: Brainstorm ideas for posts and improvement with the team
Maintain website/Google updated.
Backup informations and reports to Google drive.
Organize Instagram with highlights


Content for first month:

Welcome posts
Introduction of coaches and their background
Reels of facilities
Schedule for kids and adult classes
Reels of highlight of classes 
Promotional sale for first month 
Holiday celebration
Importance of Jiu Jitsu to body and mind 
Announcement of monthly seminar with world champion coach
